Louise was very warm & friendly, making me feel at ease straight away. The initial consultation was very thorough, and my first treatment was great! I look forward to my future visits to continue my electrolysis treatments. The salon is in a very convenient location with parking on site, and the treatment room is warm and cosy.

I approached Louise to discuss electrolysis to hopefully permanently get rid of some horrible coarse post menopause hairs on my chin that were really getting me down. She has been so professional and understanding from the outset and took time to explain the process without putting any pressure on me to proceed. I immediately felt confidence in her and now after a few weekly sessions I am free from the daily ritual of scrutinising my chin and yanking out or shaving hairs. I genuinely wish I had taken the plunge years ago as I already feel so much happier. I can confidently recommend Louise to anyone considering electrolysis. After having a bad experience at another salon I found Louise. She spoke with me on the phone beforehand which helped to put my mind at ease a little before my appointment. I was a little tense when I got to my appointment but Louise was so understanding and took things slowly and compared to the other salon, the waxing was a breeze! Beautiful nails and first class service. Louise is a very skilled beautician. She often has new colours and will add glitter for special occasions.We always discuss what is on and what I may wear so she can come up with some colour choices that would be suitable.She also went and painted my mum's nails when she was in hospital and it made the world of difference to her.Louise has become a good friend and I would definitely recommend her. 5 stars!
