Replying to the negative review regarding the bmw you fail to mention that you came back with a recall letter from bmw and seemed to expect a refund for the part that I could not do but I did offer to try for you I also thought from your previous review that your family freind had fixed it for you as for an apology I never recall having no such conversation I?m very sorry you had problems and would like to no how it was fitted incorrectlyServices: Brakes

The staff are very nice and the owner seems like a decent bloke, but that doesn?t change the fact that my car was worse after taking it here. It?s been fixed at another mechanic now and feels much better. The mechanic who fixed it (a family friend) showed me all the faults my car had and N G Autos were only able to find one ? From this, there are two conclusions we can draw: either their equipment didn?t pick up the other faults OR they caused the other faults. I don?t care which is true, it?s not worth my time perusing them for anything but I?ll be reincarnated into an olive before I return here.*UPDATE* well well, I took my car to BMW and it turns out that the part fitted to it was not a BMW part and was not fitted properly, which was causing my car to ?hesitate? while accelerating and was drinking fuel. Everybody makes mistakes, but when I mentioned to the owner that I was unhappy with the work I wasn?t offered anything (not even an apology). I am not paid to give mechanical advice, so I?ll leave this piece of advice for free (take it or leave it): if you want your car to perform properly and like having your EGR fitting correcting then take it somewhere else.

Helped out with a jump start from a nearby car park and then a new battery and we were on our way again within an hour. Really friendly and helpful people. Would definitely use again.

Utterly useless!!!! I had a query via their website and through 6 further emails we finally agreed on a date for me to pop in. Asked them what time to pop in - no response. Called them directly and a guy said that he'll pass on a message to give me call back, I also left my phone number - nobody called back. To me they couldn't care less! If this is how they treat customers I can only imagine how they would treat their work on my car!! Waste of time, don't bother!
