Despite being hamstrung by Three’s policy of not allowing store staff to assist and instructing them to direct people to the online support Metin and Emihran spent the bank holiday Monday contacting other stores to try and resolve my issue. I couldn’t have asked for better customer service.”

“Small outdoor shopping centre in Yeovil town centre. Its all open air, has a decent selection of high street brands for the size of the town. Avoid the multi storey car park and park in Tesco for free though.”

“So CeX has been my go-to store for years now and it hasn’t let me down one bit. I bought a Ps5 controller of the store and i have it to this day. It came out with stick drift and the staff were more than happy to help with the issue replacing the controller. Happened more than once but im glad they sort it out. Recommended 100%”
