First time visit here, Its a nice shopping area with easy parking. I Was looking for a pair of sliders, found them easily on a display, with a variety of sandals etc got a luvly sparkly pair and a bargain as 1/2 price. A luvly nice friendly young girl at register. They are very comfortable to wear. Thank you Matalan for a really nice shopping experience. :) :)

Asked to use the ?nurture room? (baby changing and feeding area) staff unlocked it aware I needed to change a nappy. Picture on the door showed a changing table however inside was no table but boxes of sanitiser I had to change her on instead. It?s great they?ve got a room however a proper changing table would be better. Was nicely decorated with a chair but no table.

Keep changing the layout and most of the time I go out without buying but the pure cotton t-shirts are the best in town

Very rude manager.Updated review. The staff follow suit. I will never use your self checkouts again after your team member accused me of stealing a bag. The manner in which she approached the situation was awful, rude and uncalled for.If your company wants my business, you can scan and bag my shopping to avoid instances like this.
