Popped into cafe for quick light breakfast, though extremely short staffed, two lovely ladies served us, Jackie and another lady, they were very polite, efficient, friendly and did a very good job of making our visit enjoyable, thank you.

In the restaurant at breakfast time one day this week, two members of the staff were more interested in talking amongst themselves than they were in looking after the customer. Their conversation could be heard across the whole seating area. Waiting for a lull in their conversation before being served is not acceptable, and we will not be returning.

Very disappointed with the layout of the store regarding accessibility to the food hall.
Steep stairs down to it which I did manage but turned straight around and came back up to ground level and walked out.
I'm an ardent fan of M&S but sadly won't be visiting the Yeovil store again.
I'm sure there must have been a lift but couldn't find it.
