Ordered from this place on Saturday 9/8/25, food never came but they still took payment. Reported to trading standards and many reviews done on various platforms.

Tried to place an order online at 4pm for collection at 5.45pm. Order seemed to go through but I didn't get an email confirmation and no pending transaction on my bank. Called when they opened at 5pm to check that the order went through and after checking he said yes, your order is ready to collect now!! I didn't want it... read full comment
