Utterly disgraceful. Went in to pay in a check for a friend, but was herded like cattle to waiting area, where I sat for a good 15 minutes.
Lots of staff floating, at least three at till, one serving. One at main desk doing the people herding and another with a chap in an alcove.
Everyone else looking busy while the queue grows.
After the way the banking staff also treated our family when my mother in law died, none of the staff seemed to understand the word ?deceased,? Lloyds has lost a customer for life.

Was told on the phone that Yeovil Branch doesn't do appointments and you just need to do a walk in. So went into branch today only to be told I needed an appointment and they now can't see me until the middle of October. This is because they have very few staff now and most of them work from home. The lady we saw was helpful but it is so frustrating that you can't see anybody and obviously the lady on the phone is giving wrong information.

Its the low point of the week visiting this branch (I'm sure all the other branches are the same) the business model seems to be 'reduce the level of customer service as much as humanly possible' never enough cashiers, far to many iPad carrying people.

phoned twice . once phone just cut out. 2nd was speaking and then nothing... no one phones back or seemed to care about my inquiry...banked with them alot of years..expect better..

The Deposit Mechine didn't keep maintaining make always out of service. There got 5 lot counter but only 2 person working everyday, other stuff just keep walking around don't known what they did. I'm wait almost 30min here.

Overall good.Wait for ages to see someone but when you do they're helpful.Have been a customer for 30 years without too many problems. Any problems that arise were dealt with swiftlyNot the best bank but the best high street bankIf you can't get to grips with an online only bank Like Monzo, Revolut or N26 then Lloyds is the answer.Business banking is the best on the market at the moment and their experts actually know some things which is refreshing

A massive thank you to Layla and Tom. I was in Yeovil visiting family on Sat 29th june and had a problem with my car that needed a big repair. So I applied for a loan on line and unfortunately during the process there was a technical issue and I was told I would have to go into a branch and they would be able to help. So I headed into Yeovil branch instantly greated by layla the manager who instantly put me at ease I explained the situation and layla looked at the schedule for Tom the loan adviser (who was the only loan adviser working) and said he had a full diary for the day. She asked me to take a seat and she would see if they could fit me in as I needed to get the car fixed to be able to drive back to Leicester. Layla came back to me and said Tom had 10 minutes between appointments she would get him to have a look to see if there was an easy solution or if I would have to apply again. Well cut long story short we would have to do a full loan application again so I sat with Layla and she got on the phone to online banking to try and find other options but unfortunately there weren't any that would solve my problem. So Layla spoke to Tom and they agreed that Tom would work through his lunch to help me get my situation sorted. We'll after a lot of effort Layla and Tom in my opinion went above and beyond to help me top class service that makes you feel important I can't thank them enough best lloyds branch I have ever been to in the 20 years I have banked with lloyds.
