Disappointed with the service.
I booked a wheel alignment appointment, and they took 2 hours to ?fix? it. But on the road, the car was still pulling to the right. I went back another day, and again they kept the car for 2 more hours and told me it was fixed?but there was no improvement at all.
Worse, when I checked at home, the alignment adjustment bolts were still rusty, which shows they didn?t even touch them. I wasted time and money for nothing. Not happy with the service and would not recommend based on my experience.

Mechanics cared about the quality of work. Only downsides were the job took well over 2hrs when it was supposed to be 45 mins to an hour and the toilet really needs a thorough cleaning

The two mechanics working on Sunday were outstanding. I had a puncture and the AA had not turned up. Kwikfit had a cancellation and efficiently identified the problem,sorted it and I was able to get to Devon.

My brother inlaw was visiting from france in french registered VW Golf GTE and needed a new rear tyre. I checked online to see that they had a 225/40 R18 in stock so I sent him in to Yeovil Kwik fit and they were unable to fit a tyre because the car had french number plate and their computer would not register the car. What was wrong with just looking at the size on the tyre and fitting it. They were very un helpful and offered no alternative. So will not be using this company again.
