Wow. First of all. (Before you give me a response back that's lying out the back of your teeth, dont) they have decent mechanics. They are all ill educated and take the mick. Something blew in my engine. Took it here. They said needs new engine. Quoted 2 grand. OK go for it. Wouldn't pick the car up, when it went in and I got it back, turns out it was 30 quid bit I needed and not a new engine! Then they broke my wish bone on tront of car and then when I asked for it to be put right, they laughed at me. I've seen better mechanics with the druggies in town. Your a disgrace and I hope you go bust. Awful company. If I was John c, I'd change my name asap

Jason was fantastic today , 129 miles from home helping my daughter move and the coolent warning light comes on and won't go off , had the car looked at and replaced my radiator within 5 hours absolute life saver can't thank him enough

Called JCM today at 2pm to see when they might be able to do the rear discs and pads on my Mercedes.Luckily for me they'd had a couple of cancellations and told me they could do it right away!All work completed and car collected just 2 and a half hours after my initial phone call. An added bonus being that they were £50 cheaper than I'd been quoted elsewhere!Great service and I'll 100% be back.Many thanks JCMService: Brake service & repair

Hosting a Ukrainian refugee who needed a brake pad/disc check after driving across Europe. We left the car with them and later received a call from the garage with a quote, which was unaffordable to the owner.We were then told there would be a charge for inspection of £30 + if no work carried out.I?m not sure it is legal to do this without customer authorisation. However, they insisted it was usual.Bottom line, I definitely would not recommend or use this garage again.Service: Vehicle Inspection

This is my first experience of garage service in the UK and was disappointed to find I had a bill for no work. He actually did do some work, because he put one screw in my numberplate.This is why my first impression of a garage service in the UK was disappointing because I ended up with a bill without any any real work being carried out and without my permission.
