Awful experience at JD in yeovil. A blonde woman who worked there called zoe was awfully rude to my son when he wanted to try some shoes on. Really disappointed that JD would allow this type of behaviour. Will definitely be shopping at USC for all of my designer clothing and footwear now.

Popped into the Yeovil store today, my son wanted to spend his christmas money and vouchers, we were looked after by ?Dean? , absolutely incredible customer service from this young man. He offered great advice on trainers for my son whilst he was juggling 3-4 customers at the same time. Being a customer service manager for some years now, I found Dean very personable, relaxed and very friendly! I would employ that chap in a heartbeat. Thank you Dean

My 83 year old mother parked in the confusing non barrier car park. She paid on the day but as transaction was processed by bank next day Quedamned decided she was a criminal and hounded her to pay and pay a fine. This despite her and the bank providing clear evidence it had been paid. Quedam is a spiteful organisation presiding over an appalling and appalling expensive product. Avoid.

My Adult daughter is neuro diverse and was struggling because she forgot her pin number, the young girl on the till was absolutely amazing, patient, understanding and supportive too. In a very busy shop Eve was able to keep calm and sort herself out and left feeling happy rather than leaving feeling lime she had been a problem which happens far too often . I was a very impressed mum. Thank you so much for being so kind
