HSBC Business- change of mandate forms completed in June, again in August and then September. So far Adobe documents all signed and forms filled in HSBC branch's to avoid any user errors. Despite HSBC filling out the details the process keeps failing despite my showing ID, etc. So far 5+ hours wasted, no resolution or reasons this is occurring provided, and no payments made. HSBC customer services are extremely poor and the banks own processes do work. I await a fix.

Two people to help 12 customers. I waited in line for 45 minutes before I spoke to someone and then it took another half an hour to get cash out. I had to go in because my bank card details were stolen, for the fifth time in a year, so I obviously couldn?t take anything out of the ATM or pay for anything on the card that was cancelled. HSBC clearly don?t have good security and the Yeovil branch is drastically understaffed. The staff were very pleasant and helpful once I managed to speak to one.
