My wife and I have expereienced nothing short of first class service in the Yeovil Branch recently, both from Craig Churches who has helped me and my family get accounts set up and upgraded (so kind and helpful), to Hannah Rigler coming to our house to have an initial review meeting for Premier account. They both were very patient, helpful and supportive in all of our correspondence. Very personal service and I would highly recommend HSBC Yeovil branch for their excellent HUMAN touch and service!

I went to the Yeovil branch and Tracey Mainstone approached to ask if I needed assistance which I did. Tracey helped with the problem I had and then helped me get a loan, it was so frustrating for me at the time because online it was declined. Very disappointed with this branch
I have my personal and business accounts with hsbc
I wasted my time to get there and cannot withdraw my money cash the customer service told to go at tounton branch that is 1 hour away this is not the first time is happening Won?t be using HSBC for long

HSBC Business- change of mandate forms completed in June, again in August and then September. So far Adobe documents all signed and forms filled in HSBC branch's to avoid any user errors. Despite HSBC filling out the details the process keeps failing despite my showing ID, etc. So far 5+ hours wasted, no resolution or reasons this is occurring provided, and no payments made. HSBC customer services are extremely poor and the banks own processes do work. I await a fix.
