I drove to the Yeovil store today for something specific. I looked around first to see if I could find it but I couldn't. I asked a member of staff and was told where to look for them in a I can't be bothered attitude, no smile. I said to my friend where has the customer service gone nowadays. I went to pay for my items and paid in cash and the same person made a snarky comment that I was using all the change in till. The service I received I don't think hobby craft would like to know their customers are spoken to like that.
We went next door to pound land and received fantastic customer service, their staff are a credit to them.

I?m a huge hobbycraft fan so the products in this store aren?t any different but the staff here are so friendly. Parking near the store isn?t easy but if you?re happy to walk it?s fine.

Just been in.
Asked assistant did she know what size 12 needles were in mm and all I got was, sorry I don't know. Luckily we did find a conversion chart.
Most unhelpful.
