Amazing service and really nice staff I'd highly recommend booking your next trip with Hays Yeovil. While in Thailand I was able to keep in touch with staff upon my journey, Anna helped me out amazingly which made it all the more better because it was my first time flying to another country. I really appreciated it as traveling alone was quite daunting at first but having Anna on the other end really put my worries at bay. A big thank you to Anna and the team and I'll definitely be back to book my next trip soon! ????

Pam at the Yeovil branch couldn't have been more helpful. She made what was a very daunting first trip to America completely painless and easily explained every step. All the ladies in the shop were very welcoming and friendly. Can't recommend enough.

Our experience with the Hays Yeovil girls were amazing. We have always booked with TUI, but never again after there customer service.The girls helped us book our holiday.
