It was good to be able to order the product I wanted for click and collect. Unfortunately when I went to the store there were no staff at the counter for me to collect the item. I asked some workmen in the store if there were any staff in the employees only section at the back of the store. Eventually someone came after about 20 minutes wait. Halfords are generally better than this, I hope they are not trying to cut their staffing.

Rear Bulb (s) Replacement:
Easy to purchase and book online. (Initially called the phone number to be told to just turn up. This was answered by a call centre. But on pressing the matter I was eventually put through to the store who told me of the booking facility online.) Worked perfectly, thank you.

Nice and simple visit. The lads on the counter were very helpful. They answered all my questions and if they didn?t have an answer they asked the supervisor? Great advice about dash cams. Purchased motoring club premium along with it. ( £1 a week ) and saved £110 instantly. £10 welcome voucher and £100 off the cam. ??. Ty to the lads on the counter.

Ellie, Abbie and Connor all provided excellent services at Halfords, Yeovil on Sat 26th July. Ellie spent time helping us choose a car seat and made sure it fitted in my car. She was observant and could see I was trying to listen and make decisions with two small children in tow. Ellie was patient and knew when to step back or offer other ideas. We successfully purchased two car seats.
Connor fitted a new headlight on my car whilst I waited. He was professional and polite, making sure it worked before we left.
Abbie was on the till serving us. She tried to get us £5 off our purchases but I was already using 15% off with blue light card.
Overall, we were very pleased with our time spent in Halfords.

Went into Halfords Yeovil to enquire about roof top bars. The lady behind the counter was extremely helpful and explained all options and showed me examples. I opted with getting Thule bars and having the team fit them. Both men who came out to fit them were extremely helpful, showing the process throughout and explaining anything I needed to know incase I want to take them off and reapply at a later date. Great service and lovely throughout. Would recommend.
