I went into the Yeovil store this morning as I needed help to set the time on my Citizen watch. Kim was so helpful and while she set to work on my watch I spotted a pendant necklace that I thought would be perfect for my girlfriend. I went home and this afternoon I have been back and bought it.

Took my very nervous sister in to get her ears pierced. Nicole was fabulous, very calm and sweet and reassuring. Very professional and such an easy process. Prices were very good too. Paid for £20 for the earrings and the piercing and aftercare solution were free. Thank you Nicole for making it such a a fabulous and fuss free experience ?

Went in today to have my daughters ears pierced for the first time. The lady who done it for her, Kim,was so lovely and patient with my little girl,who after the first ear completely refused the second! But she was amazing with her and we got the second ear done. Highly recommend h samual for piercing ears.

Kim in Yeovil provided excellent service! My son had his ear pierced and has wanted it done for a while but has been too scared, however Kim made him feel so at ease that he actually went through with the whole process! She was so kind and patient with him and I would recommend her to everyone! I won?t be going elsewhere! I also purchased some jewellery for myself to which she was so helpful and really listened to what I wanted and gave me as much time as I needed to make a decision and I?m so happy with what I?ve come away with and the service as a whole
