“I used to shop here regularly. Good for familys. Bulk buys... Massive choice of items and good deals. 3 meat bags e.g chicken breasts (6/7) for £10 thats 18 chicken breasts for a tenner ! And let me tell you this !!!! There is no compromise on taste or quality because they are frozen. They do brand names and tins crisps drinks cereals cleaning products ! Good if your shopping with kids ! Free parking and the isles are wide airy well lit and spacious, easily fitting a wheel chair and a trolly down. Helpfull staff rarely qué for long ! Love it.”

“This particular Lidl has Lidl trolleys for Lidl people to use. You need a pound to have one, as you would for a regular trolley for a regular sized adult. My daughter loves visiting this store purely for this reason. Which in turn inspires my wife to visit this store.”

“We like Aldi loads of good food and other stuff, and quality is very good and price is cheaper than most other supermarkets , but it's upto everyone's individual tastes.”

“I love Iceland, it has good cheap food. This particular shop is nice, friendly, well stocked, clean. I really love the bags of fudge they sell in Iceland, it's really good crumbly fudge, give it a go but you won't be able to stop half way through the bag. I always bring my granddaughter's in here for a little treat, they are well stocked with ice lollies and other treats for desert.”

“It's a petrol station, what can I say?? Well I wish they just sold fuel. A bug bear of mine is people getting fuel and then going in to do shopping whilst there is a huge queue of people waiting to fill up. The pay at pump os a great help when I'm on a motorbike though.”

“Use this Tesco quite a lot and due to having a sight problem one of the young men working behind the counter was so very kind and helped me by running around the store to locate a few items l needed and even helped to carry my bags out to my car. I just had to give him a hug for being so helpful and understanding.”

“I regularly use this shop after recently moving into the area. This shop has basically everything I need. Always got something available for the need. I find the staff great and friendly when being served. There are markings on the floor for the 2m rule. Sometimes there is a que to pay but being a small shop and having to distance it doesn't help the situation”

“Bought a pizza deal off the counter and when we ate it, it didn’t taste right. Called Asda and spoke to Jenny who was unbelievably helpful.
Not only did she agree to refund the pizzas, she replaced them with different ones and gave a small Asda voucher for the future. The simple fact that she asked questions to find out why it happened so it can be prevented again was remarkable customer care. Cannot stress enough how little you see this these days in customer service, very impressed.”

“On a recent visit to Asda, I was pleasantly surprised to encounter such a natural and thoughtful staff. Nothing seemed to be too small to care about. For the first time, I noticed the Space Here service operated by one of the customer care staff. He holds a notice on a pole to indicate that there is a space at a particular check-out. This can be helpful when the store is crowded and there are so many check-outs in operation. The evening I visited, his notice was appropriately re-worded to fit in with the season of Haloween thus it said Sweep Here. Although the wording seemed somewhat strange, it was good to see creativity in a supermarket. Having read some of the history of Walmart, who operate Asda now, I am encouraged to see a similar philosphy of customer care coming through. Global Nomad”
