I have been a regular customer of Gregg?s, but my recent experience has left me extremely dissatisfied. I first visited the store to order two Spicy Veg Pizzas, but was told that orders for pizza were only being taken after 4 PM. I accepted that and came back later to place my order.
When I returned, the lady behind the counter proceeded to make my pizzas without wearing gloves, which was concerning given hygiene standards. To make matters worse, when I received my order, the pizzas were overbaked and completely inedible. The quality was far below what I?ve come to expect from Gregg?s, and I was really disappointed by the lack of attention to detail and cleanliness.
This will be my last time ordering from Gregg?s, and I will also be reporting this incident to customer support. It?s unfortunate because I?ve been a loyal customer for years, but this experience has completely changed my perception of the brand.

All the food was as cold as it gets, and served by a fairly grumpy group of people who had no sense of urgency about them. Always go to the Lysander Road one instead!!

I love greggs and the food. But yesterday when i went, the staff gave me quite a mean response. Stating ?oh my days? when i wasn?t paying attention, which was in fact not my fault. And giving me quite a bad attitude when i politely asked if i could wait for them to restock the pizzas. I believe her name was Lisa but i?m not sure. She made me feel un welcomed, but hey atleast the food is nice!

The food and the service was ok . But in general you have food on the ground and its dirty in general. Though the food is really good. They have one special meal . The greggs sausage roll . Its the best thing ever

Absolutely lovely staff, always a smile and a friendly greeting, Tom/Tommy is such a sweet member of staff there, coffee and a smile goes a long way in the morning for sure

Friendly service and clean but considering it was lunchtime there wasn?t much available- I had one bite of my bacon and cheese turnover and saved it til I got home to put it in the microwave as it was rock hard and cold

Constant turnaround of hot savouries. Long queues but didn't have to wait long. Lovely savoury steak slice. Does the job when you don't have the time to sit and eat.

Incredible service. Went in yesterday to buy a pumpkin spiced latte and lovely lady behind the counter gave us lots of advice on where to get some as well as amazing customer service!
