Louise served me and she was incredibly patient and helpful. I realised that it was actually the right shade but it didn’t look exactly a match to my two existing ones. Louise went out of her way to reassure me and that I was happy with my purchase.Nothing was too much effort for her , first class customer service! Thankyou Louise!!!”
