Thought it would be easier to upgrade in store rather than online. Couldn?t have been more wrong!
Due to incompetence I had to drive a 50 mile round trip to get a mistake rectified. Upon return the customer service from same member of staff was woeful.
In fairness the manager Ash did offer compensation and apologised, calling the staff member ?an idiot?!
All in all I?d seriously recommend avoiding.
Shame as previous service in here was decent.

I needed a new battery for my phone. As I'm with EE I googled their store specifics. It clearly states they sell batteries. I even made an appointment and in the comments section I said it was to buy a new battery. At my appointment they said they don't sell batteries. You couldn't make it up.

I was served by Sydney earlier today and I have to say it was top class customer service from her. Spent a lot of time on the phone to EE trying to sort a new phone out in my own name but couldn?t get anywhere, so went into this store and I was sorted and good to go within an hour.

Changed the landlone provider to EE last week and still my connection is npt working properly. Its said that there is some error from their side and siad that it will be rectified within 24 hours. Nothing happened
