Kim at Edwards recently assisted me with a new tenancy agreement, which was slightly complex as it was timed in with a house purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and he was very professional, patient and knowledgeable - so I felt in safe hands. Would definitely recommend!

I was more than satisfied with the help I received from Edwards estate agents. My property was marketed at a sensible price and attracted a number of prospective purchasers. A sale was agreed quite quickly without any problems.

If I could give them zero I would. We used Edward?s for about 6 years to manage our rental property. We live abroad so it?s hard for us to ever see our property empty. I managed to see it after 6 years and I cried. Pure neglect. Mainly down to Edwards not caring about ensuring a tenant handed the property back as they find it.
If you?re a tenant, probably the best agents in town, they will let you get away without tidying/cleaning/gardening or generally looking after the property, they will not keep your deposit or check for damage etc when you move out. If you have pets even better, you won?t need to pick up your dog mess or clean the carpets when leaving.
My neighbours tell me they scan the property for 2 minutes max once a tenant leaves.
Landlords - avoid at all costs, it will cost you a fortune to repair Edwards lack of due diligence and care.
They were supposed to be managing the property, I?m not sure they know what that means.

Darren stood out as refreshingly understated, mature and thoughtful in his approach to the job. Things started well with his on site, perceptive assessment of the property. He also made efforts to collaborate, for example, in drafting the brochure and this resulted in some great photos and an eventual successful sale of the property.
