“Just want to highlight the excellent care I have just received @ Preston Grove medical centre 30/11/2023. I Phoned at 9am this morning- I was offered an appointment for 11am,seen at 11.15. Prescription was ready in 10 mins. Some people are so quick to complain about our NHS at times- so I just wanted to highlight that I received 5 ? treatment today- thank you x”

“Just recently I have been quite unwell with a high temperature and a bad chesty cough etc.Over the last 2 weeks the surgery has provided me with 3 appointments to see different doctors and arranged hospital tests.Not only that, but a prescription given to me didn't suit me personally as I would have had to stay out of daylight for quite a while. They changed the prescription for me.All very impressive and appreciated.”
