Shocked by poor service and what is actually there to try. There for over 30 minutes and not one staff member asked if needed anything. No stereos on display to try, which is just ridiculous. Will not be returning or using Currys again.

Ordered a laptop for next day deliveryDpd did not deliver and when it turned up two days later I called curry?s India to be told I could have the grand sum of 2.99 back if that was of interestThis was for a birthday and I had to wait in for days as I had no idea when it was coming so unpaid days off are worth £1 a day to themLast thing I buy from them everif I wanted it turns up when it turns up I can buy off the net for a lot less than these cowboys sell there products

It's ok. Went looking for an upright fridge freezer. Lots to look at, which is handy when most research and purchases are done online these days.Didn't actually buy what we needed from here but that's only because we couldn't make a decision between which of two options we wanted.

Placed an order of a fridge/freezer couple of weeks ago at Yeovil Currys. This was due for delivery tomorrow only for it to be postponed with no communication / courtesy call. Not professional on Currys part but atleast the store at Yeovil - manager Josh/ his team were understanding and apologised. They found out the fiasco to be on the delivery side of things which is obviously not ideal as you are paying for the service separately.Anyways, the Yeovil Store (Currys) is good but the delivery side of things - just leave it to prayers!

We have had bad experiences with staff in the yeovil branch the last few times we have been in store , we wanted a new tv so we went ust to look and go home and order on line. We were met by Ben 14, he was so helpful and knowledgeable he restored our faith in the store and we ended up purchasing a TV there and then. 5 stars are for Ben's Customer service.

Pretty much all my white goods, TV and IT stuff has been purchased here. They deliver. No in store toilets. Easy parking.

Waited 15 minutes after being told someone was on their way to me, went to the person at the front who was doing nothing, was told there was nobody available to help. Noted 3 staff chatting amongst themselves at the rear of the store, and 3 people behind the counter not serving anybody as I was told this.Not the first time, or second I've had an experience like this in this Yeovil Currys.Will now make my purchase elsewhere, I won't even order online after this experience.This is why bricks and mortar shops are dying!

I've been going in this place for years and every single time, I have to walk around the shop for at least 10 minutes, looking for some assistance. Today there was one woman on the phone the whole 20 minutes we were in there, two other staff members were staring at a computer and the rest of them were wandering around looking aimless (as usual). Last week it was exactly the same. They're all too busy staring at their phones and talking to each other to serve the customers. It's a real shame that this is the main place in town for electronics. My friend was the manager of Dixons in the Quedam for years and it was a really tight ship. This shower in Currys are in dire need of some customer service training.
