We previously have sourced a Currys basic fridge and Asus Computer both of which have been wonderful support in our working days.

I?ve given 1 star but if I could I wouldn?t give any?!!!!! We had a hoover that is faulty, told to bring it in and it would be tested. Drove 24miles round trip to be told no you have to ring a number that is out of hours?!!! Manager called Sam and a lady called (rach) who really doesn?t have any customer service and not know there products?!!! Avoid this store and get from Argos who have better customer service.!

Absolutely pointless having this store here. Holds no stock
Staff just standing around the front door and no one ever upstairs to help, just chatting by the front door all the time. Even the button to request help upstairs doesn?t work.

Bought some headphones from here, and they had been stolen from packaging but didn't realise until I got home and opened them.
They weren't on the shop floor either, so I'm not sure if it was staff or what happened.
Please get staff to check boxes of small items before taking products home.

Bought a stereo system last August
It stopped working a couple of days ago
Tok it straight round to Currys ,told them the issue,showed them my receipt and warranty card.
They replaced it straight away no issues at all.

Poor customer service. Went to buy a washing machine asked a member of staff to see if it was in stock. The young boy was helpful with this up until he told us to go down stairs and they can process the purchase. We waited to be served only to have an older man not only give us a load of attitude but also very rude to the lady behind us who stated she was disabled and in a lot of pain and needed some help to which the older man's response was well you just have to wait. We proceeded to go up to the counter and the same old man had a extremely rude attitude when we told him that the young boy had sent us down to complete the purchase of the washing machine his response was well he's dealing with it so who was it that served you we pointed the young lad out by this point the young lad had for some reason started walking around the store then walked past us and said nothing we decided to leave the store and not buy the machine.

Mixed experiences in this store, but mostly bad. These include: Rude manager when we Asked to return an item that didn't work. Asked for help, said someone on their way. 20 minutes later, still no help. Went to ask again to find 4 members of staff just chatting on shop floor, so we left. Some staff very helpful, especially on kitchen appliances, and things upstairs, but downstairs seems unwilling to help.
If you can go somewhere else, I'd advise it, but there aren't many electrical stores in Yeovil.

We went to buy a vacuum today, as my step daughter works for Curry's we were going to use her discount card as we have done do at other Currys stores.
However one most unpleasant and smug counters salesman Harry (refused to give us his surname,) refused to accept the discount card. We have never met such a ignorant and unpleasant person for many a long year. We asked to speak to a manager who spoke to my stepdaughter and he also refused the discount and was also rude to her. She is going to report him for his aggressive manner.
Do not shop here.
