Just pop to have hot chocolate at Costa Yevoil, one of the staff
She was totally in the other world, telling don?t understand your accent asked for some eggless dessert.. totally unpleasant behaviour but
other hand another staff she was so nice after that she helped it out. I want to give service 5 star just for her.. thank you so much.

My wife has been going to this store for years always getting a white chocolate mocha went in there today and was told we don't serve those never have. She Explained that she always gets them here and was told we'll you shouldn't have as there not a menu item. So we left and went to coffer#1

The new Costa is great ,the staff were exceptionally very good , phoebe was so helpful and kind she is a credit to Costa coffee, her colleague's Beth, Lucy, and Ash, are also a great credit to Costa coffee . Will definitely be going back there in future. Thank you Phoebe .

Embarrassingly bad service these days. I don?t know what happened but they need to go back in time 5 years. So rude to multiple customers in a row it was very awkward.

Atmosphere has dropped in the last 4 months or so. Morning shift is not as welcoming as it used to be - you need people that are all bright and smiling in the morning not grumpy miserable people! I normally only go in now to pick up a free drink and use other coffee shops for food and drinks!

One of the employee is rude and not very warm welcoming, gives dirty looks and looks at you and whispers. Don?t feel welcomed at all.

Not the nicest layout, I don?t usually choose to sit in there, however the staff are helpful and friendly. Normal costa menu.

Popped in for a quick cup of tea and toasted sandwich while in Yeovil. Tea was an easy one even if the cutlery was still filthy. Not required so did not take it further. Waited ages for the toastie and they were brought out staggered so we ate a half each and waited for the other to arrive! Misrepresentative image of what to expect compared to what was served. For nearly £5 each the sandwich was a complete rip off and didn't even have enough 'sauce' to cover the bread let alone lift it with a chunky filling.Staff were friendly but the place felt very much like a back street cafe with extortionate prices that did not reflect the quality.I will not use a Costa again based on this experience.

I was in the shop with my partner, what I notice was one of the staff was dusting the ceiling and lights while all the croissants on top of the shelf was not covered, how unhygienic that was. Really, made me feel disgusted?
