Ordered two decaf latè only to receive two cups containing a third of froth. I queried it with the ?barista? to be told ?that?s a latè for you?. It is NOT a latè at all. Further to this she was rude and sarcastic and dismissive. Very unprofessional and a substandard overpriced drink. Rude staff.

Food and coffees here are excellent. Service is with a smile, and it's usually busy here. Great atmosphere and plenty of seating.
Parking: Street parking and car parks are not too far from here. 5-10 mins walk.

Ordered delivery over an hour and 20 mins ago still not left restaurant and no one ever answe the phone EVER! Send wrong orders without checking with customer first and send cold drinks and food!!! Very disappointed

This is the best Coffee #1 we have been in. The staff were professional and polite. The order was quickly delivered but not quite right. We asked for 'extra hot, lattes because we like to take our time and relax, sadly it was not so we had to drink them quickly. I know I could have complained and got the order changed but with the waiting queue building up it would have ruined the relaxing experience we were after. The Christmas tree ? was looking sad and the only festive thing in the shop. The bathroom...why? The toilet is in the corner of a massive room and has been installed, slightly angled towards the wall making it very uncomfortable to sit on (so I was told by a female user). This issue could be resolved and make it a 5 ? place.
Parking: The location we found to park was limited to 60 mins max with no option to extend. Made the experience a little rushed

I have been coming here for years and it has always been lovely. Although my last 2 experiences have been not so great.There is one member of staff who was making very rude comments towards her colleague over forgetting to note my drink as an alternative milk. It was very disheartening and unprofessional of her. Not only this, she was actively on her mobile phone at the counter and did not wash her hands before handling food and preparing drinks! That is incredibly unhygienic and against food safety regulations.I returned yesterday, hoping to not be disparaged by a one-off poor experience. But the same member of staff was working the counter with her phone out once again. She proceeded to continue texting on her phone throughout the whole process, ignoring me at the start and finding her phone more important than taking my payment which is incredibly rude. She then proceeded to not wash her hands again before making my drink. This time I felt ill when I got my drink to the point I felt I could not finish it. I'm appalled that this has not been sorted or spotted by a single member of management and I hope this is handled soon hereafter as it is unacceptable.
