Post Office service very poor recently and rules change daily depending on who serves you. Wish there was consistency and they all followed the same Post Office rules. I send the same size and weight parcel each time and one day they'll put it through as a large letter and the very next day, with someone else serving you, they'll insist it's a large parcel price which is double the postage. It's infuriating for us small business owners.

Poor stock management on delivery app has left me with no dinner for tonight. I had surgery and am housebound right now and have very little money left. I don't have enough money to spend another £10+ elsewhere just to have dinner. Now all I have is a pot of rice and jam tarts being delivered no main dinner. Cheers a bunch. Not good when recovering from surgery.

This co-op is quite small with not much space to move around in. selection is decent but the prices are higher than competitors. Staff here are lovely but the shop can get quite busy once Westfield Academy finishes in the afternoon

Extremely rude 2 members of staff....should not be working in a customer based job....one of them called Tasha...maybe get your facts right of a situation before you storm up to people and confront them shouting your mouth off!!

I regularly use this shop after recently moving into the area. This shop has basically everything I need. Always got something available for the need. I find the staff great and friendly when being served. There are markings on the floor for the 2m rule. Sometimes there is a que to pay but being a small shop and having to distance it doesn't help the situation

It's dearer than most other shops. Fresh juice is 25p per litre dearer than Iceland. For a convenience store it is overpriced. Lack of parking is also a nuisance. The quality of stuff has also gone down..
