Neo is your classic end of the night dive with security who don't have a clue what they're doing. More than happy to be at the beck and call of the incompetent mid level management but won't help out in the case of a genuine incident. Clearly this place is a danger to its patrons. If you have any value for your personal well being or dignity, you will avoid this "club" by a country mile.

2nd EDIT: wow did a politician write that reply?You missed out the bit we have complained about. The fact that she ended up alone BECAUSE she was trying to reason with your IGNORANT staff to get her jacket. It's already been stated that her friends left while she was doing that.And your disgusting staff members were there long enough to see she was ALONE. How do i know? BECAUSE I WAS ON THE GOD DAMN PHONE TO HER WHILE SHE WAS ASKING THE BALD WOMAN OVER AND OVER AGAIN IF SHE WOULD LET HER GET HER JACKET OR AT LEAST GET IT FOR HER. AND SHE KEPT SAYING NO THROUGH THE METAL DOORS. EVEN THOUGH SHE COULD SEE MY DAUGHTER WAS ALONE, COLD AND CRYING!!! Which will be seen on the cctv. By the time I got there all of the staff had disappeared LEAVING HER ALONE!!EDIT: JUST SPOKEN TO A VERY RUDE AND DEFENSIVE MAN ON THE PHONE FROM OUTSIDE. HE WAS ARROGANT AND HE REFUSED TO GET ME THE JACKET. SO I LOST IT WITH HIM.AND HE'S TEXT ME ADMITTING HE REFUSED SO THE POLICE HAVE SAID THIS CONSTITUTES THEFT AND ARE DEALING WITH IT FROM HERE.AND I'VE ALSO REPORTED THEM FOR NEGLECTING THEIR DUTY OF CARE TO A LONE FEMALE!IT IS NEVER OK TO LEAVE A LONE WOMAN OUTSIDE ON HER OWN WHILE REFUSING TO PASS HER HER JACKET EVEN THOUGH SHE'S SAYING SHE'S COLD!!THIS PLACE SHOULD BE AVOIDEDI think the staff might be racist after what they did to my daughter tonight. Ushered her out of the bathroom and building and refusing to let her pick her jacket up. They then IGNORED their duty of care to a lone female, refused to let her back in to get her jacket, then the bald woman refused to get it for her LIKE A DECENT PERSON WOULD, and just left her alone and cold. I had to drive to town in the middle of the night to collect her because she was cold and her friends had gone while she was trying to reason with the staff. IT'S NOT A BIG ASK IS IT!! TO ALLOW SOMEONE TO HAVE THEIR OWN JACKET!! Its black with diamond crosses all over it. And as ONLY staff were left in the building I EXPECT IT TO STILL BE THERE WHEN I GO TO COLLECT IT PERSONALLY!! because if it isn't there I'll be calling the police because that will be theft!! I WONDER HOW MANY WHITE WOMEN THEY IGNORE BEGGING FOR THEIR JACKET!!!

Very very bad first of all drinks they charged me 6:50 for double shot whisky and coke and after 7:90 for second shot same thing, miss understanding with the security and they starting fighting us with being on the other side of of customer, now i have to to face my wife and kids with bruises on my face, i highly dont recommend this place, this place dont care avout customers and problems, i will get my lawyers involved to shut this place down as they do not care about customers. 0000 star options

I work for the ambulance service had a very rough shift thought would go out with friends to club neo even though I?m absolutely shattered after bringing someone back from the brink of death but end up being kicked out as I fell asleep for a couple minutes because im so tired I explained to the security that I was tired and not drunk after a long day on the front line but I was still kicked out I will not be returning .

On Saturday the 15th of October we booked a party package a Chicago Rock's and were also offered VIP entrance at Neo. When we arrived at Neo we were told that those VIP tickets were only available until 12 am, nobody from Chicago told me that!! We were asked to pay £8 per person at 1 am, for 2 more hours as they shut a 3 am or you can get thrown out at any time! Because I wanted to say my opinion on this matter at the entrance I was told I was beeing rude and was not allowed entry in the club even though the rest of 9 people from our party paid and got in.Never in my life I have seen such badly managed place, where staff can just decide who to let in just because they can and not think about the bussines as they lost money that night from 10 people. The reviews say alot about the place and the management as they don't even bother to reply to complaints because they don't care as they also own Chicago and Karma and probably think that if they lose money from one bussines the other ones will pick up unless you go to Wetherspoons!

Only go here if you like paying to get in and then being kicked out for no reason by bouncers on power trips. Got kicked out, alone and a little drunk, in to a thunderstorm without my phone or money with no explanation as to why. This club is unsafe.

Bully bouncers, all the low reviews are so real. One with larger than normal ears and a small chubby blonde one. Real attitude problem. Dont come here

Horrible. The club itself is disgusting, the carpet (I know? carpet) is basically all sticky. But the worst part is the staff. Arrogant unfriendly people who treat you like your a criminal before you have a chance to interact with them. Highly don?t recommend

DON'T ACCIDENTALLY LOSE YOUR ID HERE! Went back to get it and they said it didn't look like me and said they would give it to the police that weekend so went to the police station a week later and they said that they didn't have it and to go back so I did and they said they wouldn't give to me during opening times and said I should have called them or messaged them on Facebook which I had already called them 7 times and messaged them on Facebook before I went there the first time. They said they didn't tell me to go to the police station and made me sound like I had made it all up. I messaged them on Facebook later that evening and they said to come to them during the week so I went there and they gave me back my ID as soon as I got there (this was over a 2 month period as I don't live near Yeovil) Would not recommend going here purely for the awful management service.

Like sticky floors? Adore generic club music? Have a soft spot for overpriced drinks served in black plastic cups? Then this is the place for you. Kebab shops nearby close before the club does and the place used to be a bingo hall. Just lap that one up, worth a visit if you want to experience Yeovil's best and only nightclub. Don't even think about Chicago Rocks, Neo is the OG.
