Easy process to book. Had all scans, very efficient staff member. Had a few concerns and optician did a complete check. Optician was very thorough and offered advice. Chose some glasses and staff member helped to choose style for me. All in all great service. My only niggle would be to be seen at the appt time.

Spacious entrance, attentive welcome, the optician make me feel valued, listened to, and respected, taking his time to check that I was happy with the prescription. There was plenty of choice and time in which to choose my new pair of glasses, which I await with great anticipation.

?Wow? I gave the highest score because I was blown away and extremely impressed with the service I received from both Sean and Aman -Optom I was a little stressed when I walked in after leaving another opticians unhappy.
I was greeted by Sean who was very friendly and professional and happy to help me the best he could with a smile on his face.
I then spoke with Aman who also was very professional, friendly and helpful and he kindly helped me with my situation needing some contact lenses in time for my holiday.
I haven?t been happy lately at the place I have been going so I will definitely look at coming back to you when I need to.
I have worked for years running a salon and employing people so I notice good staff and I would say these guys are definitely good staff to have on your team. I walked away with a big smile on my face. Thank you
