Went to pharmacy to pick up prescription. Was told it had to be ordered in and would be available next day. Text came so I went to pick it up. Pharmacy could not dispense as the Pharmacist was off sick!!! Terrible.

Disgusted to have learned you sacked an employee for stopping a shoplifter.
Although I understand a policy of not confronting a shoplifter to protect staff I feel a sacking without any warnings first is extreme.
This employee saved you a loss and this is the thanks they get.

I visited boot?s pharmacy this week after having a bee sting my foot was red swollen and painful the staff were very pleasant and helpful. Came away with cream after being seen by the pharmacist. But in the afternoon realised that I would probably need antibiotics. I was seen again this time they were really busy but nothing was too much trouble came away in 20 minutes with antibiotics. So much more helpful than trying to get a Gp appointment would still be waiting to see a doctor today but the foot although not better yet but much more comfortable.

Rude and dismissive pharmacist. Very unwell Girlfriend went in needing help, basically got told to jog on. Is this really the kind of people that boots employ? It?s ridiculous.

Pharmacy open till late9pm . Allso on a Saturday. Huge range of make up products and brands... Most I've ever seen if I'm honest... Photo printing machine and frames to buy... Clippers, hair styling ( straighteners, hairdryer ect), dyes, haircare, brushes.
Food and drink selection not that grate.
Loads of parking including parents and toddlers and wheel chair.

Rude staff. And depending on who serves you depends on what you allowed to buy. Staff rude and dismissive and manager Amy couldn't manage a pee up in a brewery. Please boots send all your staff on training courses. I never have a problem in the other boots!! Won't be returning.

Recently Received an Outstanding service at the new store at lymington boots opticians!. A lovely lady called Hannah pro-formed a was very professional approach to prescreening explained everything clearly and made me feel very comfortable and more enjoyable experience .The optician was very thorough with all eye checks and made my experience at ease .A nice lady called Ivette assisted me in helping me pick a pair of glasses for my daily needs was very impressed with her knowledge on styles of glasses which made me feel my confident with my overall look.Would highly recommend boots opticians to all .?Many thanks Jessica

My father was sold cold sore cream to treat ULCERS, thankfully, I spotted the box and quickly Googled it to make sure. You're clearly instructed NOT to use the said cream for ulcers.I tried to call them and nobody answers (ever). I always knew the service was slow but this is ridiculous, this could have caused serious health issues. Unbelievable.
