“Could not recommend this place enough, I always come out with more than I needed because there is so much! Always so clean and tidy. Staff are some of the best in the Quedam shopping centre, very lovely ladies always there for a chit chat, always happy to help and will go above and beyond to do so. My son and daughter love going in too so much so that my daughter will actually go out of her way to go in and say hi to "the girls" (as she calls them)”

“Even though it's a small store, The selection is good and the staff are just delightful. I've worked in retail for 16 yrs and it's honestly one of the only stores in yeovil where the staff try to accommodate, are friendly, say hi to customers and just seem to love their job. I often go in with my 23 yr old son and we've never had a bad experience ever. These guys are a credit to waterstones. THEY are what makes this store so nice”
