Can't always find what you need and the cashiers are very slow and usually not enough. But is ok otherwise.

From the second you enter the carpark you get the tone of what's to come. Tired, unkept & messy. The only difference is while you're in the carpark you don't have to deal with the staff yet. Everything about the store and the staff just stinks of can't be bothered anymore. It's a shame. Arriving at Yeovil b&m is a race to the checkouts just to have to endure the attitude and leave with your head hung feeling violated by misery.

Very tidy when I visited. They had what I wanted. So I made my choice and proceeded to the checkout where I was served efficiently and politely.

The store is freezing in winter and baking hot in summer, they rarely have more than 1 cashier on and you can guarantee she will be grumpy
