Just been to Blacks in Yeovil to return a faulty air tent. Ben and Tom couldn't have been more helpful. No fuss return and found me a new tent (albeit a pole one rather than air) in no time at all. Great service and great value for money.

Popped in Blacks of Yeovil and purchased a Leatherman and another pair of there fantastic own brand full length socks.The gentleman upstairs was very helpful and patient ,Talked me through the product options and the manager sorted my Blue Light discount and explained about my warranty.Great shopping experience as always will recommend to my friends and family.

Everything we needed. Helpful staff, good prices and a good range of sizes too (which isn't a guarantee in some outdoor shops who think women shouldn't exist over a size 14).
