Ordered a bed in September for delivery on the 16th Dec ready in time for Christmas. Did jot hear anything from anyone rang on the morning of the 16th to confirm times and was told there was a problem and they will get back to me, Richard called 10 minutes later to say that it wouldn't be coming until the 7th with no real explanation apart from there was an error and nothing more he could do. I would have to call customer services. He wouldn't even look for any other alternatives. I the had a to try and source another bed this close to Christmas! Luckily Dreams beds were more helpful and actually checked to see what they could do and ordered one for delivery on the 23rd Dec.
When I returned to the store to discuss with Richard he was very dismissive told me I had to cancel my order before returning and the he would return my money. Once the order was cancelled he tried to send the money back but couldn't do it and told me that someone would call me within 24-48 hours. I told him that I will to speak to customer services to organise a refund.
Who duly obliged and sorted a refund.
I asked Richard for a copy of the terms a d condition he refused, i asked him for the complaints policy, which it says in store they can provide, he refused.
I would not recommend this store to anyone, poor customer service, and so dismissive of any concerns and no willingness to try and find a solution. Avoid at all costs soo many better options out there.

Mattresses are too expensive and poor quality and the after care under guarantee is a joke.

I was told delivery day after placing order ..but at that day ,no any information.i phoned store ,said that they got message 10days ago ,my bed and mattress still on the way .. delivery time about another 2weeks.why didn't tell me .I have to sleep on the floor waiting bed delivery.

A fantastic choice of beds in store to try. Other stores only have a limited range so was great to see everything I viewed online there to try properly. The staff were brilliant and had a vast knowledge of all the products there. They were also very polite, friendly and patient. I left the store with a great bed at a great price. I will be back soon and highly recommend.

Delivery times were a joke. Told delivery date after placing order. On day of delivery my bed frame was missing and had to be told this by the delivery driver. After conversation with the store I was told I had to wait a further 5 weeks for the mattress although it was ?in stock?. On the second delivery date, my time slot was between 7am and 1pm, I was called at 11.50 to be told that my bed frame can?t be delivered today. I was told they would put on a special delivery on Sunday. The bed frame finally on the Sunday.

This was a second attempt for a delivery post the first item being damaged. Overall this has taken over 4 months for a simple mattress to arrive.

Fabiola at Yeovil was absolutely brilliant, there was no pressure at all, she respected our budget and requirements completely which was really refreshing. We walked in having never bought a mattress or bed frame before, so Fabiola walked us around letting us try out everything (mattresses, divan bases, ottomans..) to work out what we liked. She then left us to browse by ourselves where we made our decision on what we wanted - we actually ended up going slightly over our initial budget, but didn?t feel pressured to do that at all. The finance options were slightly better online (and I could also get extra money off with my NHS code), so we didn?t buy on the day in store, but there?s no doubt that our in store experience was the reason why we went with Bensons. Would really recommend, especially for anyone like us who is nervous about making such a big decision and needs some guidance :)
