I was told delivery day after placing order ..but at that day ,no any information.i phoned store ,said that they got message 10days ago ,my bed and mattress still on the way .. delivery time about another 2weeks.why didn't tell me .I have to sleep on the floor waiting bed delivery.

A fantastic choice of beds in store to try. Other stores only have a limited range so was great to see everything I viewed online there to try properly. The staff were brilliant and had a vast knowledge of all the products there. They were also very polite, friendly and patient. I left the store with a great bed at a great price. I will be back soon and highly recommend.

Delivery times were a joke. Told delivery date after placing order. On day of delivery my bed frame was missing and had to be told this by the delivery driver. After conversation with the store I was told I had to wait a further 5 weeks for the mattress although it was ?in stock?. On the second delivery date, my time slot was between 7am and 1pm, I was called at 11.50 to be told that my bed frame can?t be delivered today. I was told they would put on a special delivery on Sunday. The bed frame finally on the Sunday.

This was a second attempt for a delivery post the first item being damaged. Overall this has taken over 4 months for a simple mattress to arrive.

Fabiola at Yeovil was absolutely brilliant, there was no pressure at all, she respected our budget and requirements completely which was really refreshing. We walked in having never bought a mattress or bed frame before, so Fabiola walked us around letting us try out everything (mattresses, divan bases, ottomans..) to work out what we liked. She then left us to browse by ourselves where we made our decision on what we wanted - we actually ended up going slightly over our initial budget, but didn?t feel pressured to do that at all. The finance options were slightly better online (and I could also get extra money off with my NHS code), so we didn?t buy on the day in store, but there?s no doubt that our in store experience was the reason why we went with Bensons. Would really recommend, especially for anyone like us who is nervous about making such a big decision and needs some guidance :)

Very friendly staff, and not pushy. They listen to our needs, and gave us many options without trying to push for a sale. They seemed very honest, and this was the reason for our purchase. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to any of our friends and family.

The team at this store really do care, helped me out with a mattress for same delivery and then a foot for the bed which I smashed. Great prices, great service and a really great store who is my now go to place. Thanks

The assistant was helpful, knowledgeable and very courteous. She explained the options open to us regarding the products, delivery lead time and finance before giving us time alone to consider and discuss before settling on any decisions.

1st class customer service. I was given all the time, space, and information I needed to make an informed choice about the bed I finally chose from two excellent options. I can't remember the name of the sales assistant who very courteously kept in touch with how I was doing, and then helped me complete the purchase, from start to finish.

Pleasant staff but they failed to mention that to take your old bed away it needs booking when you buy the new one .
