Live locally and work in Yeovil just up the road from the store,, have always used Asda for years but it's going down hill I have to say. Since the take over and all the old staff left it's not the same experience/service, no fault of the staff of which try their best. Again today no baskets by the entrance had to hunt around for one, tills down then not taking card payments, no one informing you of this until too late and you are at a till. I had to take my basket to the trolley tills only to find out after I had my shopping on the conveyor that these tills are also now cash only, I had to get back to work so apologised for having to leave my shopping at the till. There's also certain products disappearing week after week and either replaced with a substitute or not there at all. Just seems badly managed or just cost cutting?? I'll have to start using Morrisons or Tesco up the road

My first time to experience ASDA Yeovil was on 23rd January when it was only cash only, due to difficulties they had. And even though it was extremely awkward to having wait in a long queue to get to the checkouts, I said to the staff member that you and the team are doing a grand job at your job to get through the awkwardness of that day.Hopefully, thing have returned back to normal for them.

Haven't shopped in Asda for quite a while but not a value for money store like it use to be. Some things quite expensive when compared to the likes of Aldi, Morrisons, Tesco and even Sainsbury's. So didn't buy many things. Even George items on expensive side. Grapes a con, yes £1.40 but only 375g instead of the usual 500g!

Got myself a delivery slot for this evening but they have 25 items out of stock, one of the subs was carrots for parsnips what the the hell, they pick the orders in the morning then put out the asda delivery's onto the shelfs but don't check the orders they already made up. Absolute joke

I wouldn't normally leave a review on a retail outlet or supermarket.Let's be honest, if you've seen one, every other is pretty much the same. This particular store was an exception,The end checkouts were used as storage and it looked a mess. The floors were filthy from the entrance and throughout the store.Having seen the front of the store which is visible to the public looking such a mess it made me wonder how little care goes into the rest of the store that cooks hot food

Shop needs more hours. We were waiting for a long time to get our item approved. There was only one member of staff approving everyone's items. There should really be 2 or more staff manning the self service tills.

Good range of produce. Plus open till late.

I honestly try to avoid this store as much as possible. It's a total wreck. Filthy, cluttered is an UNDERSTATEMENT and the lack of any open tills other than what seems to be a standard 2 manned till at all times even when it's unbelievably busy. This place would test's the nerves of any venerated saint.
