For the women shopping for ladies products, the guy that just served me on click and collect was brilliant. Sunday 14th January 24 at around 2pm. Choosing his words carefully when confirming the item to even handing me the package upside down to avoid any embarassment.He treated me with respect. Top notch service that didn't go unnoticed !! I would reccomend this store any day.

Ok my new hoover pipe snapped and I searched high and low for receipts couldn?t find it. I was just on the 30 th day for returns. The manager at Yeovil was above and beyond. He found purchase on his computer so I could get a replacement. Then just as I left the house I found the receipt but still he was brilliant. Thank you Yeovil branch. X

Customer service could have been better . Two girls talking behind the counter when me and my partner were waiting 15 minutes for our light that was sitting right in front of us ready to collect . I shouldn?t have to wave for attention for them to do there job. I would understand if they were dealing with a customer but no they were just standing behind the door laughing with eachother.

Recently went in to Yeovil Argos to look at suitcases to go to Australia. We were served by an incredible staff member called Cath who really went out of her way to look after us, allow us to see the cases before purchasing and helped us get discount too!Cath if you see this thank you so much! Recently went in to purchase two suitcases, lovely lady named cath, came straight over to offer us help and advise on the best options. After choosing four different ones she offered us to view them before purchase. Nothing was too much trouble, and if it weren?t for her lovely help- we would?ve gone elsewhere because the rest of the staff weren?t forthcoming. Thankyou cath!

Plenty of parking and space out front blue badge holders. Looking a bit sparse with large empty spaces. However the staff were friendly and helpful and carried my item out to the car for me. Thank you.

Absolutely shocking. brought and paid for a car tyre pump as an emergency and was told that we could not collect it as the store had shut and gave no reason as to why absolutely shocking!

Poor service , bought 2 weeks ago my fridge freezer paid in full amount, got a message from them i will be contacted 1 hour before the delivery time ,the driver called me 15 min before saying he is coming ....but never arrived, called him back said ,, sorry we changed the route,, , so i paid in advance in full amount after 2 weeks no money no fridge freezer and now need to waist my time to chase my freezer or to get a refund, i won't recommend them!
