After a mess up on the app that changed the collection day to 4days later for a frier that i needed that day. I rang HO who couldn't help with an exchange, I was told to call instore who could help. Eliza the manager looked saw it was in store and available to collect and sorted it in minutes and 20min later I collected it. The item was even sat there waiting with all the details staff needed for a speedy pick up meaning the planned Father's day meal was saved/made easier.

3 times people I know I the past year have paid for same day delivery and the store will refuse to deliver it just tking your money. Staff here have an atrocious work ethic! Staff clearly need replacing!

Always easy ordering & quick collection-can order on line for in store collection or order in store for immediate collection if the item you require is in stock. Friendly staff & parking in front of the Argos store which is located at the Yeovil retail park.

For the women shopping for ladies products, the guy that just served me on click and collect was brilliant. Sunday 14th January 24 at around 2pm. Choosing his words carefully when confirming the item to even handing me the package upside down to avoid any embarassment.He treated me with respect. Top notch service that didn't go unnoticed !! I would reccomend this store any day.

Ok my new hoover pipe snapped and I searched high and low for receipts couldn?t find it. I was just on the 30 th day for returns. The manager at Yeovil was above and beyond. He found purchase on his computer so I could get a replacement. Then just as I left the house I found the receipt but still he was brilliant. Thank you Yeovil branch. X

Customer service could have been better . Two girls talking behind the counter when me and my partner were waiting 15 minutes for our light that was sitting right in front of us ready to collect . I shouldn?t have to wave for attention for them to do there job. I would understand if they were dealing with a customer but no they were just standing behind the door laughing with eachother.
