The party was really good the play area staff were amazing but this new rule about older kids not allowed in to help there younger siblings is ridiculous I understand them running around maybe incase knocking over kids but getting shouted out while helping their sister or brother is a stupid and ruined the party a little bit .

We live local and love coming here often with family over the years. Great food, drink, atmosphere and soft play for the kids. We even book our family Christmas get together every year. Also the breakfast choice is AMAZING!

I visited the pub on Wednesday the 2nd of October me and my partner are regulars as we really really enjoy the food I just wanted to say that i found Dean on the serving bar really lovely and friendly he took my order no problems i just wanted to comment on his brilliant customer service food was great as always and always out of the kitchen so quickly :)

Called in this morning for a breakfast, suffice to say we will not be returning for a repeat, food was cold, saussages were inedible, i think they were cooked last week and then re heated,bacon was partially cooked, what i think may have been mushrooms (Canned) not fresh, were so small, dry, and wrinkled, think they must have been cooked along with the poor sausages, toast when we finally got it (by this time my wife and I were half way through eating what we found to be edible) was cold with a very meager portion of butter each, about enough to spread on half a slice of toast, coffee was cold, plus we weren't the only ones not happy with it, a couple on the table next to us also were less than happy with the food. I know it's cheap and cheerful, but come on guy's you can do better than this, two customers lost, and recommendations gone.

Called in for coffee while the car was charging. I asked for a half-shot latte and was told the machine could not do this. However, Jake went the extra mile to engineer the perfect latte, (one-third expresso with hot milk added). Many thanks, Jake for your service with a smile and professionalism. Will E.

My room was a disaster, there was dust everywhere, dead bugs, everything was shabby and dirty, the carpet smelled horrible, the clientele in this hotel was terrible, I travel a lot for business - the worst hotel I've ever been in - by far

Ordered a medium steak but when it arrived it was rare. They replaced it with another which was so well done it was like cutting into cardboard.
