The most unprofessional and unethical surgery.No face to face appointment but you have offered physiotherapy? Dr Faizah has proven a lack of practise and taking advantage of a vulnerable patient whose first language is not English.The receptionist is poor in providing customer service and needs training and understanding of humanity when dealing with those who come to seek a health professionals help and are vulnerable. Not to come across patronising and uneducated in your dealings.I will now be emailing and following your complaints process and further escalation will be sent to the Ombudsman pending your response.

Went in last Friday with severe stomach pains, and seen a nurse, I told her that I have had these pains before and what I suffer with. She would not give me any Antibiotics nor did any tests. Sunday had to go to A&E where they did tests and confirmed that I have an infection, and prescribe me with Antibiotics.

Lack of empathy and duty of care! When you call needing further help and are told by the receptionist via the doctor that the next appointment is over 5 weeks away, and that you are not classed as urgent despite being in screaming agony at times and barely getting 5 hours sleep a night for months, and you have already been to the oasis and pain management clinic (that was over 6 years ago for a slightly different diagnosis) and you try to explain this to the receptionist who puts a wall up, just wants to book said 5 week away appointment and doesn?t appear to want to go back to the doctor with this further information. I can honestly sympathise with those that have had enough of their pain, and don?t want to live anymore!

Been waiting 9 hours to speak to someone the doctors over 45 minutes late and counting very cold responses from their receptonists ablsaloutly disgusting will be changing surgery

I don't have a bad word to say about this Surgery. Very quick responses on Ask My GP, and it's no problem getting an appointment to see a Doctor. Reception team are polite and helpful too!

Level of care you get depends on what receptionist you get!! Spoke to Lisa who was nice and very helpful! Other two I have spoken to are so rude, seems they couldn't care less about helping anyone. So gutted I had to move to Wincanton because this is not a good service at all.

DO NOT COME HERE IF YOU HAVE A CHRONIC HEALTH CONDITION OR FERTILITY ISSUES!Too many times I have gone to an appointment in severe pain and had one of their "doctors" or "nurses" ask me if the pain is "really that bad", deprive me of adequate medication to handle my endometriosis, and generally be rude and uninformed.In regards to fertility, they have been beyond useless and made the process of being referred to a fertility clinic (which I'm still fighting for!) that much harder, despite several pregnancy losses, and having severe endometriosis.If you want GOOD healthcare, avoid at all costs!

Very poor service with repeat prescriptions, but after contacting the surgery with my complaint they have sorted out the problem for me now (hopefully)

Let's hope the medical team are friendlier and more polite than the reception team! Twice I've been there to register and twice I've been treated with rudeness and indifference. (I haven't even seen a doctor yet!) 2 stars as it looks modern and clean or it would be 1 Star!

Great the staff have always treated myself and my daughter with great respect and have gone above and beyond to help us. The staff have worked very hard over covid I've missed seeing there faces thank you to everyone. I have had a few things to get sorted and I've had a quick and very helpful response just want to get back seeing you all.There is one thing I have a problem with is that horrible music when your on hold can't we have something a bit calmer ?? I know my daughter can be very difficult at times but you have handled her well and always looked after her thank you. There are many times I've sat in your rooms crying or in dissipation and every one has listened they have always told me how it is and made me want to carry on with my life so thank you for that. Carry on with the good work thank you. Let's hope we can get back to normal one day and we get to see you all .

Having emailed the new Ask My Gp app I got a call back quite quickly. However, having to give my blood pressure results over the intercom to the receptionist whilst standing outside on the pavement is unacceptable!! Surely this cannot be the way forward for our health 'care'.
