The drive thru is SLOW. Every time, no matter how busy. Will stop using this branch. Perhaps the menu has too many items.

Staff chatting with each other. Standing there waiting. 10min wait for food. Staff didn't look very interested, went back to chatting and laughing.
Service poor , meal wasn't great but for the price and normally easy with drive-through.

Absolutely disgusting cold food how can you get away with selling food thats colder than the bottles of water.
Allways something missing from the order despite it being written on both the recipet and your screen.
Its a shame but by far the worst macdonalds ive used and for such a relatively new one your so far from the rest its crazy

Used the App got billed twice. On seeking assistance from the manager, was told not our problem complain using the app and customer service's. Problem still not resolved, still billed twice. Of the portions that we received, hardly any fries, other food was cold due to wasting time trying to resolve the situation with the on site manager/representative for McDonald's at the time.
VERY POOR SHOW ON McDonald's behalf.

Worst McDonalds in UK! But a very lovely lady works here cleaning up and assisting and is always lovely.. but thus franchise really needs to remodel the management here! Its terrible!!!! Shameful

Got a drive through just past midnight, staff were super friendly and helpful. Best drive through experience I've ever had! Great job the lovely lady who was taking orders!
