I have just had my front brake discs and pads replaced here at short notice on my BMW 320D Sport.Great service from start to finish.Fair pricing and great customer service.Mark and MK Auto Repairs came recommended from a neighbour which was helpful as I am new to the area.I have asked Mark to look after my car from now on as need more work done over the next few months.Big Thanks

Have used Mk autos several times in the past and recently Mark the owner is honest and reliable if you don?t need it they won?t do it! prices extremely competitive ,old school honest garage services rare these days, since finding Mk autos I won?t go anywhere else recommend to anyone top team always happy to help. Friendly, helpful and efficiently got us out of a tight spot. Drove down for Easter hols and developed a bad noise 5pm on Good Friday. What were the chances of finding a mechanic over the Easter weekend? The owners of our holiday home recommended MK Autos and fortunately Mark was working Easter Saturday, got the car on the ramp, removed the wheel and found the problem. Quickly fixed it - no parts required - and sent us on our way declining our offer of payment. Would definitely return if we were in need.

Would not recommend this garage to anyone, I took my 4x4 to them to fix head gasket which I originally got told Would roughly take 2 to 3 weeks and price around £1200 several months later my truck was still up there i was fobbed off each time I called there and after they finally took my vehicle from there premises to get it mot in minehead it broke down on the way back up to there garage . Consequently waited weeks again until I went up to bring it home and it typically wouldn?t start finally after a battery pack to start it drove home to minehead but sounded like a tractor and was gutless. Took it to a proper mechanic in minehead who had to put the timing right amongst loads of other things but gave up after some time as it couldn?t be put right so have had to scrap it and am now left with no vehicle. I was presented with a bill for £1900 which I disputed and agreed to pay £800 but have since had to pay a further amount to the other mechanic for trying . This guy also had the cheek to tell me he used cheap parts off the internet to repair my vehicle and was very rude about the whole situation. Do not trust this garage for anything I have heard since bad reviews from other people that?s been ripped off like I was .

This man was my hero! After busting two tyres on a lifted drain cover just outside of town he managed to order me two new tyres and get me back on the road within an hour. He didn?t have to go out of his way to help but he did. Absolute top bloke.

I called Mark at 09:00 with a blown out tyre, he came and picked up the car and had 4 new tyres on it by mid day the same day.The customer service from MK Autos is outstanding and the service was fantastic and great value for money.Highly recommend.

I popped into here today as I was replacing my exhaust with a friend in the village. Unfortunately the M8 bolts from my exhaust broke in half due to corrosion when taking the old part off. I needed bolts quickly so popped round the corner to this place to try to buy a couple. The bloke was extremely friendly, invited me into the workshop and showed me his boxes of bolts and let me help myself. He would not take any money either. Top man! He really got me out of a scrape. Thank you buddy ?

Wow what can I say fabulous service. I had a problem with my electric window not working I spoke to the owner Mark and was able to come straight in. Really helped me out when I found myself with steam coming from the engine not far from this garage. Really quick to diagnose and fix the problem, offered some ongoing advice and happily talked me through what he was doing, answering all my silly questions. Wouldn't hesitate to use again if I were lucky enough to break down so close in the future! Top stuff!
