Had a brilliant lunch today. My husband?s fish was huge and lovely and white. Thoroughly enjoyed my jacket potato. Lovely service from Safron and the chef. We go there quite regularly and have never been disappointed.

We were a party of three when we arrived the menus were different to ones advertised online one ordered the classic burger and two of us had king cod with a side order of 4 mozzarella sticks £9 and when it arrived at the table the cod was in a buns absolutely covered in tartar sauce everything on the plate the quality was very poor. I had to send the fish back as it was not advertised that the tartar sauce would be smeared all over it, I asked the waitress over explained that I could not eat it I don't like tartar sauce. I was told to wait she went off to the kitchen came back and said yes they could do another one with no tartar sauce. When it arrived at the table it was terrible it was burnt the fish inside had a slight smell to it could not eat it ?,I was not going to complain again overall extremely very overpriced quality of food not up to par.overall bill was £94.75 that includes 2cokes one bottle of wine over priced at £22 . Will never be going back and will not ever recommend.update after I left my review the owners went on to social media moaning about keyboard warriors, people not being able to read a menu?.well if they updated their menu on their website people would know what to expect that everything comes in a bun . Maybe would be nice if waitresses explain that to customers . We had actually been to this restaurant twice before had outstanding meals hence why we booked come back this time.I'm not a keyboard warrior just honest and what great customer service calling customers imbeciles .

Myself and my partner absolutely love your bar and grill. You?re always very welcoming and the service is quick and efficient. The atmosphere and theme is brilliant and very imaginative. The food is always served quickly and well presented and portion sizes are always good. What the owners do by hosting biker gatherings and events is good for the community and I believe is the right thing to bring people together also allowing my self and my partner to hold our car themed gender reveal with 30 plus people was amazing and every single person that came loved your pub and food everybody had something positive to say. I?m looking forward to mine and my partners next meal with you.

What can I say. What an amazing place, the food is outstanding and the customer service is above and beyond. Everytime me and my partner have been here everyone is so friendly. Such a quirky little pub that stands out from the rest of them. They opened up early for us to have our gender reveal just over a year ago. Nothing was too big and they were happy to cater to our needs. Can't thank you all enough.

I love this pub, the food is outstanding and it's such a great place to be. Every time we visit there is always something different to see. I cannot recommend this pub enough. It's our favorite pub in the area :-)

An incredible place to sit for a coffee, a quick drink, a snack, or a full blown 3 course dinner, all of which are exceptional.
It's decor is worth the visiting all by itself, I found myself enjoying the visual feast of the themes as much as I enjoyed the food and atmosphere.
The landlord and landlady are always more than happy to sit and tell you about the building and the location, and even when it's quite there is still a very friendly parrot that's always more than happy to chat to you. ?

A great place to enjoy a meal. Quirky, relaxed, fab atmosphere. This is definitely not your average pub. There?s always a friendly atmosphere, the service is excellent. I would highly recommend a visit. I run a B&B in a nearby village and always recommend this establishment to guests. I?ve never had any bad feedback.

My Ramblers group booked afternoon tea at Lace Cafe. Beautiful setting in the garden. The food was awesome and those of us with food allergies and intolerances were well catered for. The gluten free bread was really lovely. There was bottomless tea and coffee and containers provided so we could take those cakes we couldn?t manage to eat, home with us. Service was excellent. Fantadtic value for money.
