We have rented a house for 8 years in Portishead through Westcoast as Letting Agent. All their office staff and maintenance contractors have been friendly and professional throughout our eight year tenancy. Westcoast seem to keep their staff - it has been a pleasure to deal with the same people over the years. We must mention Kelly - who demonstrated excellent and reliable communication skills when managing the occasional negotiations with our landlord.

We thought we had found our forever home. Our children were excited. We had applied for schools, and our house was sold too. But after we were met with little fibs here and there, delays and a seller who had no intention of selling. We lost hope. We won't buy with this estate agent again, when we eventually look for another property.

West Ciast were very supportive and helpful in organising our letting, in what turned out to be a fairly complicated process for us as we sold our house! Very supportive and always on hand with advice and help!

No shows and no contact for arranged viewings, and conflicting information from people on the phone. I will not be bothering to try and view anything else listed with them.I wouldn't normally leave a bad review, but as they are taking care of a big and stressful thing for people, I just wanted to warn others that as a prospective buyer they have been the worst agent I've come across to deal with when it comes to booking viewings on properties.

We had a a great experience with West Coast Properties! Kyle went the extra mile in supporting us throughout our move and provided the much needed support throughout what is usually quite a stressful time. Can't fault Westcoast Properties, Abi in particular. Selling my father's home for him after the recent death of my mother. From start to finish Abi was sympathetic, friendly, professional and did an excellent job of guiding me through the selling process. Nothing was too much trouble, suggestions of tradesmen to do safety checks, professional cleaners and prompt answering of any queries I may have had. The sale started on the 14th October, after being on the market for a matter of weeks and exchanged and completed on the 1st December. All this being done remotely by email as I live in Cornwall. Would definitely recommend this estate agents.

I have to say it was painless dealing with westcoast. They chase my idiot of a solicitor. I got no BS from the sale of our property or from the purchase we madem I'm betting that if they were not involved I'd still be waiting the move.....

I came to Abi at West Coast, disheartened that I would never find a buyer that would complete on my flat.After being on the market for a number of years, with various online and local agents.West Coast did everything and more that they said they would, at a very reasonable price, almost half of the price another local agent was going to charge.That does not mean that they were not very professional,. They were much more than that, from finding a buyer quickly to monitoring and giving regular updates throughout the sale right up to completion.They are without a doubt the best agent I have ever used.I am just sorry I didn't get in touch with them much sooner.
