Small quaint Waterstones on just ground level. Had a coffee shop too which I was pleasantly surprised about. Latte was good. Had good air-con in the shop which was needed with the heat

I love Waterstones and I?m a regular, I visited the one in weston super mare. The staff were friendly except one lady with curly hair and glasses. She was rude, unwelcoming and very unprofessional. Not very happy
