First class service from the team in WsM branch. From the eye test to helping pick some new glasses, the staff were really friendly and helpful. Everything was very efficient. I had a confirmation email to say my glasses would be ready in two to three weeks time and they were done in 6 days!!!!! Picked them up today and they took the time explaining to me about my new verifocle lenses. Assuring me if I had any trouble at any time they would help. Thank you so to the whole team once again.

I visited Weston-super-Mare branch and customer service was absolutely amazing! Sales Assistant Anastasiia was very professional, friendly and helpful, we had lots of laugh too! Optometrist Mr. Khan listened carefully to my concerns about my eyesight, did very detailed eye tests and I was so glad that finally someone found the perfect solution to my problems. I will highly recommend to all my friends and family members to book appointment with Anastasiia and Mr. Khan!

I went into Weston Super Mare branch of Vision express as I could not get on with my prescription polarised sunglasses.
I walked into the branch and was immediately met and made welcome by a sales assistant.
I started to explain the issues in which I had encountered with the glasses. I informed the sales assistant that when I took off the prescription sunglasses my eyes started to ache and it would take some time for the dull ache to subside whilst in transition to my clear prescription glasses.The sales assistant was already in a position to support and help me.
From the corner of the shop we were both rudely interrupted by the duty manager.
I was told that I was not allowing my eyes enough time to transition from dark to light and this would always be the case. I explained that I had a dull ache when I took the prescription sun glasses off.I was then informed that I was not wearing them correctly and that I was the first to have issues when I took my glasses off.
During this time, not once did the duty manager make eye contact with me and continued doing what she was doing on the computer.
At one point the conversation was becomming heated and I was ready to walk out of the shop.
In the end, it was agreed that I could change my lenses.
