Superb. Helpful doctors and nurses backed by a brilliant admin team. Online contact form much better than having to phone up. Pharmacy also one of the best I have experienced.

Beware of a so called carer who fools women with sobstories of him being duped of money and being stood up by woman for months so that the woman he is engaging now is gonna give him exactly what he din get in his past. Foot his foodbills to ensure he doesnt trigger his past memories and be available to him. And then this areshole starts showing his real colours and starts disappearing and when his actions are questioned he labels them "drama", the more his real character is questioned the more he starts distancing and then one day he says " we are over" as if he is the priced possession the woman lost out on. He adds to the trauma of an already traumatised woman knowing full well what she has gone through in her past and then he has the audacity to cut them off and run away. So much for being a mental health nurse. Wrong career choice indeed.

Super surgery that look after my parents. Always helpful, sometimes it can be difficult to get through but we use the Ask My GP service as well which is great. Try their hardest to resolve issues in a timely manner but as with all thing sometimes it doesn?t happen. Thank you for your service.

Update: Removed another star as they make it so difficult to get a sick note sent to you.Update: Queue can be quite busy, staff have become much less helpful over the phone, only directing you to askmygp. Removing 1 star.Never more than a couple in the phone queue. Really friendly and helpful. Only down mark is they have tried to take away some of my prescriptions that my previous surgery arranged for me.

Disgraceful service on a repeat prescription. I ordered well in time but still wasn?t issued the prescription by the time I only had one tablet left. Had to call 111 because despite me chasing the surgery all day they still did not sign off my prescription in time

My husband has Been ill for two weeks the doctor phoned and said the nurse will phone for some bloods doing no response from the nurse last time this happenedhe was admitted to hospital because the receptionist said he had man flu sent him home then he ended up at ane on a drip for a week they do not care about patients

That surgery is soo bad ? I've got a soft skin infection ? All they have done is blood tests and writing fake reports and not even acknowledging I got heart disease problems which could have been diagnosed years ago and forwarded me to.the mental health team suzie heller praice manage writing false thing that are not even true ? and sending me links to see mental health team at vista had enough saying I've been investigated I've had.2 blood tests do not join this surgery they lie cover own backs..and the way some of the staff speak to me is disgusting

Always fairly helpful and can get you in quickly when needed. However, the pharmacist is alot more helpful than the doctor.. who you can never get to see... even after a heart attack..

Government dropped mask mandates on the 18th march 2022. I am exempt from wearing a mask.. When trying to pick up my medication from the outside hatch at the surgery, a sign said i should go the the pharmacist front counter inside the surgery, where i was immediately verbally tongue lashed for not wearing a mask. I politely explained my position but i was told i would need to leave. I said i would be happy to pick up my med's from the outside hatch if they open it, which they then did. Susie Heller arrived outside barking orders at me talking down and over me raising her voice when she suggested if i don't like it i can go elsewhere. Government put exemptions in place for a reason to protect people just like myself, Her actions goes against the equalises act 2010 section 112 and 119. It also goes against the Nuremberg code. Where ? may i ask does it say she can ignore government protocol just because it does not fit her narrative.May i suggest a course of manners for certain staff members

I visited today to see one of the specialist nurses (Mrs Bazell). She was very friendly,interacted with my 3 year old and provided me with the care/ support I needed. Excellent service, excellent nurse. Thank you!
