Ordered artificial grass 9 days ago, promised delivery in a couple of days, still not received it, keep being fobbed off.Yesterday, I was told it came in last Friday and I would get it today, now they say it didn't come in, don't know when I'll get it, what a terrible firm, don't deal with them.

Garden project recently required quite a bit of materials from Bridgewater and Weston Super Mare branches over a 2 day period. Both orders needed modifying due to a mix up on my part and the staff could not be more helpful. Refunds and credits were dealt with quickly and deliveries were on time.James at Bridgewater and Andy at Weston were excellent.

Two pallets still sitting on my drive, a month after a number of requests for them to be collected. Can't dispose of them, as they have orange tips, meaning they need to be returned to the supplier. PLEASE COLLECT THEM THIS WEEK!
