Absolute rubbish, we paid for early check-in and pick your own room. When we arrived there was no one on reception for ages. Then we were told the room we had chosen was not available as it hadn't been cleaned yet, so they put us the room next door! The room is awful, the window latch is broken and the bathroom has parts missing, and the toilet seat is loose. And to add to that we had night staff knocking on our door at 3:00am wondering why we in our room, as they thought it was empty, but luckily my wife put a do not disturb sign on the door. Turns out the reception staff never changed the booking to reflect the room we were now in...
Absolutely awful being woken up at 3:00 in the morning by someone knocking on the door...

Budget hotel and you get what you pay for. Mostly comfortable except beds are a bit hard for us. Quiet and had enough parking

BUYER BEWARE.
The bar at this hotel have price lists on the tables but the prices charged at the bar are more expensive. When we queried we were told the price lists were out of date by several months. We said why not change them and we just got a shrug. There was no manager available to talk to about it.
Menu price £5.55
Price charged £6.25

We?ve always stayed in this hotel with our pets but this time has got to be the worst stay we?ve had. Booked this room for £96 with two dogs we felt because we had pets we was just put into a ground floor room with a broken toilet flush key cards not working and de activated before the time we had to get them re activated twice as we got locked out our room while loading up the car to check out we left our two dogs in the room expecting to be a couple of minutes but we was unable to get back in to them nobody was at the front desk I had to knock to get someone?s attention.
The man who came was not professional slobby and lazy.
Would only recommend for the location

A generally good experience that you get with Travelodge. Its the sameness that makes me use them. Always clean and with very polite and personable staff. Food is not the worlds greatest but usually a pub on the same site to help out. It would seem to be picky but no teabags available was an irritation. Other than that it was well populated and well managed. Great nights sleep and a really comfortable bed added to the scores.

Brill hotel, once room sorted out, brill not to far from M5 also not far from western super mare. Central to cheddar & Wells wasn't to far away.
Wokey hole ok, but very expensive

Had a 1 night stay. Room was as comfortable as any Travelodge, although it was a bit smaller than usual due to the shape of the building, but it was fine for a short stay. Good size front car park with extra around the back. Easy to find location.
