As a first time tiler, I just needed to know what kit I needed. I phoned the store and spoke to Devon, who was polite and helpful. Then I went into the WSM store and spoke to Devon in person, she is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable, giving me different options without confusing things, making her an excellent member of staff. I was able to get everything I needed and I would throughly recommend this store and its staff. Thanks again for all your help Devon ?
