advised to go here by the call centre to sort an upgrade moment i walked in wondering why i botherd, oana didnt want to listen didnt want to help and think didnt even want to be there made me feel uncomfortable and coudnt wait to leave more help from the call centre miles away wont be back been with three for years very,very dissapointed sort it out THREE.

Since I called three and complained about bad network my data finish in 20 days ? without downloading any thing, even at work I have wi-if I got 150GB monthly contract I pay £23 for nothing. Scammer

I just bought a smokey bbq burger from here and I got to say my mouth is still full of the delishus bbq n onions lol. the quality of the beef is brillent. very tasty I recommend burger barn Weston-super-Mare. and the staff are nice friendly n perky. thank you very much.

Popped into Three shop in Regent st this morning with my brother, who's a non speaker. Fabulous service by Siddiq. He listened, understood, told us about offers available. My brother left with his phone contract sorted. I was very impressed also with the way Siddiq handled my brother's bank card too. Siddiq was very knowledgeable and emphatic towards my brother's needs. Excellent

Jordan (manager) and Siddiq were fantastic; friendly, helpful and supportive. The upshot was that we renewed our contracts resulting in a reduced tariff yet with an improved package. Very happy.

Lizzie greeted me with a smile, talked me through everything in detail and didn?t pressure me, but laid out my options for me, I opted for a fantastic bundle deal! Her manager Jordan kindly fitted my screen protector and offered to set up the Three+ app for so I can get a £1 coffee!

On 2.10.23, the worst customer service we have experienced as 3 customers for years. Female staff; Assistant Manager A, so rude and insensitive of customer needs.

This must be the crappiest telephone company on the market!! They don?t listen to us, they send you to India where they play games passing you round FIVE different people, and when you ask for a manager, they get someone to pretend to be a manager!! I left them 6 months ago with a complaint and they are still sending me two or three emails a month telling me that it is settled - or others that suggest they are still investigating the complaint, although it really has been settled. I even had to make a claim for £10 because of all the calls I was making to India!! Don?t even consider them for a communication company, they don?t know the meaning of the word . . .
