Lizzie greeted me with a smile, talked me through everything in detail and didn?t pressure me, but laid out my options for me, I opted for a fantastic bundle deal! Her manager Jordan kindly fitted my screen protector and offered to set up the Three+ app for so I can get a £1 coffee!

On 2.10.23, the worst customer service we have experienced as 3 customers for years. Female staff; Assistant Manager A, so rude and insensitive of customer needs.

Absolutely flawless experience, a deep wealth of knowledge and straight to the point. The manager "A" made me feel right at home and guided me from initial conversation to finishing with instructions and guiding the whole way.

This must be the crappiest telephone company on the market!! They don?t listen to us, they send you to India where they play games passing you round FIVE different people, and when you ask for a manager, they get someone to pretend to be a manager!! I left them 6 months ago with a complaint and they are still sending me two or three emails a month telling me that it is settled - or others that suggest they are still investigating the complaint, although it really has been settled. I even had to make a claim for £10 because of all the calls I was making to India!! Don?t even consider them for a communication company, they don?t know the meaning of the word . . .

Spent the best part of £25 for family meal to take away because we were with the dog as well. Only to be told ketchup and barbecue sauce was 10p to take away. Even though the ketchup dispenser didn't work.

Jordan and his colleagues spent almost 3 hours helping me with an issue caused by another phone company. Their patience and professionalism was amazing and I am most grateful for all their help.

We ordered x2 meals to be delivered by just eat. One beef burger and one vegetarian burger, we phoned to confirm the order as in the past a beef burger was sent for the vegetarian. Yes you guessed it, X2 beef burgers again! Phoned the manager (who was as helpful as a chocolate teacup) who informed us to contact just eat. Just eat DONT make the orders, McDonald?s do but no amount of arguing changed her mind, I thought the customer had rights? Ordered another burger as she was starving, phoned again and confirmed that it was a vegetarian burger and guess what? NO burger! Nearly 6 quid for a bread roll, lettuce and sauce. Absolutely disgusted with McDonald?s , are the staff even trained in taking orders? Or customer service? Times are hard financially and this was a treat, very,very disappointed .

I visited this branch at 5pm. There was plenty of seating available in a bright, clean and warm restaurant. The food was brought to my table, and it was as expected for a McDonald?s, tasty and hot. In fact, the fries were probably too hot! The staff were very friendly, and I enjoyed the whole experience. Much better vegetarian options than there used to be too.
