Just been in and asked whether they are accepting donations, said yes but no books. Took the toys in that I had in the car and presented the box. The lady said ?I was going to say no toys?. I asked if she was sure she wanted to take them, she said she did with hesitation. Came out feeling angry and upset, they were so ungrateful for the toys that my son had gifted to other people. Will not be going back again and it seems I?m not the only one from these reviews!

Great little shop. Got some good bargains. Staff always welcoming and friendly.

Great charity shop - a bit like the TARDIS, it seems so much bigger on the inside! Unfortunately there isn't a changing room, which would be really helpful but other than that I can't complain! I love the way the clothes are organised by colour, and they have a fantastic selection of shoes! Best charity shop for footwear I've ever seen! Also accepted clothes from me after a wardrobe clearout; they weren't dancing for joy as I think they have a lot of stock at the moment but hopefully they'll be grateful when they see some of the things donated.

I love this place and got lots of things there but no happy at all today I wanted to return curtains. I work full time and arrive at 4:21. 2 ladies were inside but they told me they no longer attended to me. It says on the door that they close at 4:30. I hurried to get there on time and it didn't work

Called before we left to donate items and said they can take stuff. Got there and was told we could only take in 4 boxes. Moaned because stuff was in boxes instead of bags. Said they can't take home items or what they call bric a brac such as pictures or lampshades then said they weren't allowed to put stuff on their working space floor when the place was covered on the floor with things. Literally you can't give stuff away anymore.

The worst service - they can't even collect furniture and the people working there looks like they can't be bothered. Not interested in anything. Tried calling them to donate my furniture but they are not interested.I would request everyone - NOT TO Donate anything to them, not even cash.

Went in for the first time this morning to donate some items, I followed another lady in and as I looked across to the cash desk one of the ladies working there turned to her colleague and said "How much are they bringing in?" I felt that this was most ungrateful as they are working for a charity and I am sure they rely on donations. I was then told by another lady to just take it on out the back. Although I did leave the items I was holding, I did have some other items to leave in my car, but felt that as they were so rude, they didn't deserve it. This will be my last visit.

I can't believe I have to say this but its over priced (compared to similar items from other stores) plus it's often a bit smelly in there. I,m sorry to say but its true.

Served by such a rude elderly lady today. I know staff are volunteers but really no need for such poor manners. Having previously supported this cause regularly in the past by shopping in The Bransby Way shop, I'll be very reluctant to go in again
