I was disappointed by the lack of basic hygiene practices during my visit. I watched the server handle various types of meat and then sprinkle cheese on the bread without changing gloves, which is a serious cross-contamination issue. As someone ordering a vegan sandwich, I had to specifically request a glove change to avoid having my food touched by the same gloves used for handling meat. This level of care should be standard, especially when catering to dietary preferences and restrictions.

Jo has been serving me last week at subway in town centre. She has been very professional and provided an excellent customer service for me and my partner. She's not only met us with a big smile and polite words but also has been explaining to us the menu sets we could have as a meal deal. Together with my partner we have found Jo a top notch worker with positive and optimistic attitude towards us, making us laugh and feel very welcome throughout the short stay. Food was absolutely delicious and made with care. The customer areas were clean and the toilet was looked after too. We were so delighted with my partner that we decided to come back within the week again to be served by this beautiful lady Jo again who is a pleasure to be served by. Company must be very happy to have someone so special working for them.

If I could give it a zero I would! the attitude of the staff is awful. I would recommend another subway anywhere but this one.

Poor selection of Vegitarian options. Plant patty - that's it.
Vegetarian options: Unless you like the plant patty or a salad with cheese, there are no other options. Would avoid.

Poor service don?t allow paying customers to use the toilet but let the delivery riders use the toilet
