Staff are very helpful and friendly, a great variety of products although sometimes the very popular items can be out of stock. The store was very clean and tidy.
Reading the other reviews, most people are complaining about minor inconveniences or severely exaggerating the conditions- if you go during rush hour it will obviously take you a while for you to be served

Lift out of order, staff no-where to be seen when looking for help. Arart from the ones having a laugh with each other in the checkout area. When I did ask for help, I got the bare minimum, clearly unwillingly. Was made to feel a nuisance. Left without making my purchase.

Poor service quality. Girls behind the till need to be trained how to fold the clothes properly. Packing up doesn't mean that they should just roll it and squash it in the bag.

Made to feel like a criminal...had to stop in get clothes and trainers for my kods as had no spare and they got drenched playing in the sand and rain. Literally got watxhed and followed around everywhere made to feel like a criminal. Spent £80 on trainers and a tracksuit bit kids needed clothes there and then. No one asked if I needed help, but more than happy to follow and watch us the whole time in shop

Wanted to buy some outdoor shoes, jacket and trousers. Waited for 5 minutes for an assistant at the shoes, nobody came. I went to the counter where I see three girls chatting to be told an assistant would be with me soon. After a 15 minute wait by the shoes with no assistance I decided to leave and spend my money elsewhere. Weston staff are just dismal. I'd give no stars if I could. Obviously the management aren't bothered at all.Edit: Having just read through other reviews this is one shop to avoid at all costs if possible.

No fitting rooms in the store, and no refunds if your item doesn't fit properly.
